Presenting Hidden Objects

The Big Idea-My learning topic is that they learn how to be 

safe in the science lab . What I want for them to learn is that 

they should not be acting crazy in the science room and to be 

safe.

Research -  I went to google but I could not find anything so 

I went to DogPile and I found a lot of stuff .

Making Decisions- Well they changed a lot because I had an idea for my game but I could not transfer them to my game so I really did not come out the way I wanted it to.

Mastering Programming-In reality none of them helped me out because I wanted to put a you win and you lose screen but I could not it did not work and so i just have a timer and a thing that counts the points.

Overcoming challenges-The most challenging thing is that I could not get the you win and you lose to work that was the hardest thing  to get to work. I really did not overcome it because now I just don't have a win or lose screen. I think I am most proud of my hidden objects drawings .

ADDING GAME INGREDIENTS

The things that I over came was well I guess learning how to put a timer on your game and maybe when we do are real game I could probably put in a timer but I learned because of my friend she thought me how to do that(Monica<3!!!!) Thanks. Also I tried to make a splash screen but that did not work that well because instead of helping me it made my game a total mess and I think I have to stat not from the begging but like before I put the splash screen on.:(

ADD HIDDEN OBJECTS

I think it was pretty easy to put in the code because Iv been here but at first it was complicated then I got help from a friend(Monica)and then I got the hang of it.
What I plan on adding next to my game well I added a timer that is you don't finish at a certain time you lose and that probably it oh... I tryed to put a splash screen but that did not work out.  

DRAW BACKGROUND

Since iv been here for 3 years it was kind of easy because I kind of know what all the tools do and it was not that difficult. I learned to use the pencil tool because I have nerved use the pencil tool in till this year and I kind of like like it.  

Paper Prototype

I guess it was kind of fun to make a paper prototype because it like the first part of  making a game but it was very difficult because trying to think of something to draw or what your game is going to be about so that why i chose to do a science theme because I thought that that was going to be the easiest thing to do and it was kind of  fun. 

Plan Game Scene

So I'm going to try to make it like if the player was in a 

science lab and I'm going to make it about like the good 

thing and bad thing that they have to take out the bad things 

and keep the good things and I'm very exited about my 

game because I think it going to be OK and i can't wait to 

play and make my game. :) :)

Hidden Object Game

I chose the topic science because I really like science and also we are learning about Atoms and how there written and the atomic mass and number so i thought why not do on Atoms since I'm pretty good at learning about them. What my game is going to be about is I'm going to write the atoms and if they are wrong then take them out and keep only the right ones in the science room.

Playing To Learn Part 1

The Game Dirty River had the game ingredients of drag and drop and when you hide things i think that that would be like a very good idea for like a game but more I liked the fish that moved at the end I hope that if we do this project it would look really cool:). Um.... also i like the theme of the game and I really liked it.

Back to school

I guess coming back to school is fun because I get to see my Friends and also we get to meet new people also because your more active then you are when you at home because at home your just sitting there but when you come bake to school you are more active you get skinner. On the First day of school it was hard for me because I did not now where to go I would get lost and that was frighting because new school and it was bigger . I also did not like that the school was not ready when we got hear we had to use portables. Also when the classes were supper big and they had to change our schedules. I also sometimes I don't like the lunch at school.

1. What did you think about the article? Well I really liked that it was talking about the Globey's and the we know more then older people and that we know more that is so awesome and surprising .








2. How did it make you feel to read about your school and Globaloria, a program that you participate in.Well that we are the only school in the united states that dose this program and it a real honor.








3. If your game was featured in the article, how did it make you feel? Proud, happy? I'm mad because I did not get nominated or mentioned in the article and I thought that my game was pretty good but yea.








4. If your game was not featured in the article, what would you like for the author to have said about your game?  That even thought it is not good that at least have good graphics and that it.






5. Which game do you think the author should have mentioned in his article and why?  I think that all the games that he mentioned are pretty good except I would like for him to mention my game.

NOTES

Did you know that there are a lot of people/ more and more kids are getting diabetes and that is not right and that sciences think that kids will live a shorter life then there parents and that we spend more money on junk food unsted of good food Did you know that People In German had became healthy because they had stopped eating meat because They needed to be fighting so that why they were living 90 and 80 because they were eating fruits and vegetables  They made an experiment and then they eat meat the rat got liver cancer but when the ate like healthy stuff there liver cancer went down but they say that meat is good but it can make you sick but when you stop eating meat that can be really bad for you because we need some of the protein but also like some of the greases but also we need to eat like salads. Did you know that animal cell grows cancer cells but plant cells lower cancer .

Forks Over Knives

I think it about eating healthy and to excersise. What the titel is saying to me is that you should really eat healthy and that you should like not eat alot and take car of your body so that you wont get sick and that you should not eat alot becuase you can get all thiese dieseas but is it really worth it to get all those dieses when it just like eating healthy. :(

Respect

Respect means to treat others with kindness and to be nice treat people fairly and not to exclude them from like groups . Respect looks like being nice and being fair. Respect looks like helping each other out with thing you need help on. In the computer lab it look like people sitting in there chair helping there neighbor and not telling them no. Respect looks like in the lunch room or at breakfast we are not mean and say no you can't sit next to me or none of that we sit next to who ever.Respect looks like when visitors come we answer any questions that they ask us and we talk back nicely and respectfully. Respect looks like when we go visit other places we talk respectfully and treat each other very good and clean up after ourselves

My thought on the video is why are this people doing that to them I mean the are human beings and that is just messed up to do that to people I hope those people pay for what they are doing. I seriously  can't believe that there are sweatshops even hear in america I thought that this country was supposed to give everybody equal right to everybody I just can't believe that at all. It make me feel really angry and sad for those people that have to go through all that pain and just get like a little bit of money like 1.50 and the Nike shoes alone coast like 20.99 to like possibly 50.99 .
